Megan Lyons, CRC, LRC

As a certified and licensed rehabilitation counselor, Megan Lyons has extensive knowledge of all aspects of disability, and psychological and medical rehabilitation practices. She offers rehabilitation counseling that specializes in the areas of brain injury and stroke. She also provides disability adjustment and vocational counseling, education and referral services. Megan is well versed in benefits counseling and community programming. Her clinical skills include diagnostic assessment, differential diagnosis, social perceptiveness, complex problem solving and guiding and monitoring patients’ progress. In addition to working with patients, Megan offers a caregiver’s support group.

Megan is a vocational rehabilitation counselor at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital in Worcester. She holds a BA and MA in rehabilitation counseling from Assumption College in Worcester. Committed to learning, Megan furthers her expertise through workshops and seminars and enjoys training students in rehabilitation counseling. She is a member of the National Rehabilitation Counseling Association and Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts.
