I answer phones, check patients in and out, sort fax inbox, email response, sort mail and other office duties. I have learned about insurance and prior authorizations. Management is supportive. I learn new things on a daily basis. I enjoy helping patients and being part of the team.

We’re a busy, growing private practice with a variety of patients and opportunities to learn across neurology, psychology, TMS, and vascular outpatient care. Things evolve quickly, so flexibility helps. We foster a family-like, welcoming environment.
Being a smaller practice, the entire office staff works very well together and we all get along. Management will work with you if you suddenly need to leave early or take a day off.
