While most of our physicians and advanced practice clinicians diagnose and treat a variety of neurologic conditions, Community Neuroscience services has subspecialty experts in sleep medicine (Dr. Anthony Izzo) and headache medicine (Dr. Shivang Joshi); they typically only see patients with symptoms or a diagnosis within those fields.

While our office software does not currently support a cancellation list, feel free to call the office and check back as cancellations in each of the doctors’ schedules happen and we would be happy to schedule in our next available appointment slot!

Please see a full list of insurances accepted in our practice here.  Many insurance companies have additional stipulations that may affect your coverage.  It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know your coverage and benefits.  You will be responsible for any amount that is not covered by your insurance plan. Please note that we do not accept automotive insurance or workers’ compensation insurance.

It depends on your insurance plan. Some plans require a referral from a primary care physician, while others may allow you to see a specialist without a referral. Contact your insurance provider for clarification.
