ABOUT US
Founded in Westborough MA to provide the best patient care
Community Neuroscience Services (CNS) was founded to provide accessible, patient-focused neurology care. Drawing upon their collective experiences, Dr. Jordan Eisenstock and his colleagues felt that a more holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to neurologic treatment and care would greatly benefit patients.
They created CNS—an innovative neurology practice dedicated to treating the whole patient—to provide a comprehensive community of care where patients feel respected and valued.
Expanded to Worcester to bring the best care to more communities
In 2021, CNS expanded to a new location in the heart of downtown Worcester, MA. Dr. Anthony Izzo and his team saw what Dr. Eisenstock had accomplished and knew they had to be a part of it.
Leaving corporate hospital employment behind, they joined CNS, bringing their compassionate, expert care to the CNS model. With two locations, the kind of neurologic care CNS is known for is now available across Central Massachusetts communities.
