Ashley Fuller, DNP-C

Ashley is a nurse practitioner and works collaboratively with the physicians at CNS in Westboro, MA. Ashley initially completed her Bachelor of Science from Worcester State College and later went on to receive her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), with a specialty in family medicine, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. During that time, she published an independent research project that highlighted a psychoeducational and psychosocial training program to increase awareness of caregiver burden among Primary Care providers and caregivers’. The goal of this intervention was to assist in diminishing the health care gap that often exists between identifying and managing caregiver burden and stress as well as help caregivers’ to cope and communicate more effectively in the caregiving role. Ashley has been passionate about chronic illness management and caring for not only the patient, but also for the family and/or caregivers alike.

Ashley has a wide range of experience in pediatric, adult, and geriatric medicine across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings to include nurse case management in home care. She strives to assist patients’ and their caregivers in providing comprehensive care for both acute and complex medical conditions. She feels that patient-centered care is essential for assisting patients in meeting their healthcare goals and improving their overall quality of life. Specific to the specialty of neurology, Ashley enjoys managing conditions such as concussions/post-concussion syndrome, lumbar and cervical radiculopathies, neuropathy, dementia, and pain syndromes to name a few.

In her free time, Ashley loves traveling with her family, hiking, and keeping busy with their four daughters and Frenchie-Pug, Daisy.
