Dr. Josh Kriegel is a psychiatrist who brings a holistic approach to each patient. He completed his medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine and his adult psychiatry residency at the University of Massachusetts.

He completed his B.A in cognitive neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected Phi Beta Kappa. After completing his premedical studies, he returned home to Boston where he worked as a research assistant at the Boston University Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy Center, exploring the link between repetitive head injury and neurodegenerative disease.

In addition to his conventional medical training, Josh is also a certified yoga instructor and completed a Certificate for Psychedelic Therapies and Research through the California Institute for Integral Studies.

With emphasis on the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, Josh strives to understand patients on a deeper level than just a symptoms checklist. He hopes to help individuals achieve a life that is bursting with meaning and fulfillment.
