Dr. Jordan Eisenstock, MD, MBA, CPE

Dr. Jordan Eisenstock is a board certified neurologist and psychiatrist. He specializes in treating a broad array of all neurologic conditions, but has a particular interest in sports-related concussion, dementia, and traumatic brain injury. His multi-disciplinary approach is gleaned from diverse medical, academic and business experience. In addition to leading CNS, Jordan is an assistant professor of neurology and psychiatry at UMass Medical School in Worcester, MA. From 2008 to present, he has worked at UMass as an attending neurologist and neuropsychiatrist and enjoys teaching residents, fellows, and medical students participating in the same academic programs that he once attended.

Jordan has previously led quality improvement for the UMass Department of Psychiatry and helped to build Joint Commission certified programs of excellence in Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson’s Disease, and Stroke while serving as director of neurorehabilitation at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the UMass Memorial Accountable Care Organization, Inc.,and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Heart and Stroke Association. Jordan has also served on the neurology steering committee for the National Quality Forum in Washington, DC, and sits on the committee responsible for creating the national board examination for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Chicago, IL.

Jordan received a BA in psychology from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and his MD from the University of Massachusetts in Worcester. In 2011, he achieved board certification as a certified physician executive (CPE) through the American College of Physician Executives, and in 2014 earned a masters in business administration (MBA) from the UMass Isenberg School of Business in Amherst.

Jordan attended Worcester Academy and has strong ties to Central Massachusetts. He is dedicated to caring for his patients and their families, and actively supports the greater community. Jordan enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in any activity related to sports. While at Georgetown University he played on the baseball team but now finds tennis to be a good match for his athletic endeavors.

Community Neuroscience Services was founded with the vision to optimize the total care of patients by blending the merits of mission-based academic medicine with the unique opportunities of private-practice, all while breaking down the silos of the various clinical neuroscience disciplines to support collaborative care. CNS maintains close relationships and partnerships with local/regional health system partners including UMass Memorial Health, Saint Vincent Medical Center, and Whittier Rehabilitation with the hope of further enhancing the services and expertise available for our patients.
